At ANDAMAN, each product is made with dedication, patience, and respect for artisanal tradition. And our service follows the same principle: treating each customer uniquely, with attention, warmth, and transparency.

  • Online service hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (except national holidays)

We aim to respond to all messages within 24 business hours.

2. Personalized Service

  • All questions about products, deadlines, customizations, and leather care will be answered clearly and in detail.

  • Whenever possible, we will send photos and videos to help you choose and demonstrate the handcrafted finish of each piece.

  • In the case of custom-made products, we will keep the customer informed about each stage of production.

3. Transparency and Clarity

  • All information regarding prices, production times, delivery times and shipping costs will be provided before finalizing the purchase.

  • We do not use artificial materials or mechanized processes; each piece may present small natural variations, which are part of the product's authenticity.

4. Exchanges, Returns and Warranty

  • Deadline for requesting an exchange or return: up to 7 calendar days after receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

  • The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, with the original packaging and invoice.

  • Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

  • Quality Assurance: All products have a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects or quality problems, starting from the date of receipt.

  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, excessive exposure to moisture, heat or chemicals.

  • In the event of a defect covered by the warranty, we will replace, repair or refund it at no additional cost.

5. Leather Care

To ensure the durability and beauty of your ANDAMAN product, follow these guidelines:

  • Store in a ventilated place away from direct sunlight.

  • Keep the leather clean and dust-free; use a soft, dry cloth for regular cleaning.

  • Avoid prolonged contact with moisture and protect against mold.

  • Moisturize the leather periodically with suitable products to preserve its flexibility and natural appearance.

  • Do not use solvents, alcohol or harsh chemicals.

6. Privacy and Security

  • All personal and payment information is treated securely and confidentially.

  • We do not share customer data with third parties except when necessary to process the order or comply with legal requirements.
