SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

At ANDAMAN, each piece is handcrafted with time, technique, and respect for artisanal tradition. Therefore, our shipping and return terms and conditions take into account the careful and personalized production of our products.

1. Production Deadline

  • Our products are 100% handmade and made on demand.

  • The production period can be up to 15 calendar days after payment confirmation.

  • This period does not include the transportation time of the carrier or the Post Office.

2. Delivery Times and Methods

  • We ship via Correios and partner carriers, with PAC, SEDEX, or express shipping options.

  • The delivery time informed at the time of purchase is estimated by the carrier and starts counting from the date of posting, not the date of purchase.

  • After posting, the customer will receive a tracking code to track the shipment.

3. Shipping

  • The shipping cost is calculated automatically at the time of purchase, according to the destination zip code and the weight/dimensions of the product.

  • We offer free shipping in specific promotional campaigns, communicated in advance.

4. Exchanges and Returns

  • We accept exchange or return requests within 7 calendar days after receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

  • The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, with original packaging and invoice.

  • Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

5. Shipping Costs for Exchanges and Returns

  • In case of manufacturing defect or shipping error, the return and reshipping shipping cost will be paid by ANDAMAN.

  • In cases of purchase regret, the cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.
